Our project experience spans residential and commercial building types, including renovations, additions, tenant improvements, and new construction. Past work includes low‑ and mid‑rise buildings across a range of occupancies, with structural systems in steel, reinforced and prestressed concrete, cold‑formed steel, wood, and heavy timber. Projects are approached with attention to context, constructability, and applicable code requirements.
